This tour will depart from Wingman Enterprises, Portland, Oregon, on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. traveling along the Columbia River, before turning north on US-95 and crossing into Idaho. Soon you will be traveling into northwest Montana and into Glacier National Park. Here you will travel over the "Going to the Sun" highway and cross in to Canada at Piegan check point. Heading north on Canada's highway 93 you will enter the southwest entrance of Banff National Park before arriving at Lake Louise.
After spending two full days and three nights visiting the town of Banff, Jasper, and the Columbia Ice Field, you will begin the return trip passing through Kelowna and crossing back into the US via the Osoyoos boarder station. On your way south you will enjoy a full day visit in Mt. Rainier National Park before returning to the Portland area. Points of interest along the way will include: Going: Washington’s Scenic Hwy 14 to Hwy 12 where you will turn north onto Hwy 95 and into Idaho. Continuing north you will pass Flat Head Lake, then through Glacier National Park on your way to the Canadian boarder. Continuing north you enter the foot hills of the Canadian Rockies on your way to Lake Louise. Returning: The return leg will have you passing through Vernon then onto Kelowna, and back into the US. Staying on back roads you will head south and visit Mt. Rainier. This 1900 mile, 14-day tour will
